Bloxxtec operates this website with a minimal-data posture. The notice below describes what is collected and why.

Hosting

The site is hosted on infrastructure operated under the responsibility of Bloxxtec AG. Standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamp, requested resource) are kept for the period required for security and operational diagnostics, then deleted.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. No third-party tracking scripts are loaded. Web fonts are served by a third-party provider; their delivery may briefly transmit your IP address to that provider.

Map embed

The contact section includes a Google Maps element to show the location of the registered seat. The map is loaded only when you scroll into the contact section ("lazy load"). When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and user-agent string, and may set its own cookies. Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC act as the controller for this processing under their own privacy terms (policies.google.com/privacy). If you do not wish the map to load, you can browse the site with the contact section out of view, or use a browser extension that blocks third-party embeds.

Contact form

The website provides a contact form delivered through FormCarry, a third-party form-handling service. Submitted form data — your name, e-mail address, subject, message text, and consent flag — is transmitted over an encrypted connection to FormCarry's servers and forwarded to the Board of Directors of Bloxxtec AG by e-mail. We process this data solely to handle your inquiry, on the legal basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to written communications.

FormCarry's own privacy terms apply to the transmission and short-term storage step. You may withdraw your consent at any time and request deletion of your data by writing to the postal address below.

Postal correspondence

If you write to us by ordinary mail, we process the contents of your letter and your contact details to handle the inquiry, consistent with applicable data-protection law.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable framework, you may request information on data we process about you, and request rectification or deletion. Requests should be sent to the postal address below.
