01 · What we do

Six verticals, run as a single allocation discipline.

Bloxxtec is structured around technology theses with long horizons — compute, energy, communication, mobility, real estate, and venture capital. Each vertical operates with its own mandate and reporting cadence; capital is allocated centrally, on a single book, by people who have lived with each thesis for years.

01

Compute Infrastructure

We procure HPC and GPU compute capacity from operating partners and direct it across deployment scenarios — AI inference workloads, distributed computing, data services. Allocation decisions, partner selection, and deployment strategy sit with us.

Compute is the largest single line of activity in the company, and the one that has shaped our discipline around utilisation, supply diversity, and energy economics. We hold the view that the next decade of AI is underwritten not by model novelty but by the people who can secure, site, and operate the compute behind it.

02

Energy Storage & Grid Services

Through participations in infrastructure entities, we are exposed to battery energy storage (BESS) and ancillary grid services, including frequency containment reserve and manual reserve products in Nordic and Baltic markets.

The thesis is straightforward: as renewables grow, the value of storage and balancing capacity grows with them. The operators we back are positioned to capture that — and the same assets that earn on the grid quietly support our compute footprint when it matters.

03

Private Communication

We hold a subsidiary developing a privacy-focused messaging product. The platform is engineered around end-to-end encryption, minimal metadata exposure, and independently operated server infrastructure.

The design choices follow a single conviction: that meaningful privacy is an architectural property, not a feature. The product is built for users who care about that distinction and are willing to choose accordingly.

04

Mobility & Lifestyle

Through a participation in a private aviation operation, we provide access to on-demand jet services for a closed circle of members and partners. Mobility forms one part of a wider lifestyle-services exposure.

The selection logic is the same we apply to any holding: long horizons, owner-aligned operators, and a market where the relationship matters more than the transaction. Our partners in this vertical know our members by name.

05

Real Estate Intelligence

We hold a subsidiary building AI-native real-estate management software for large commercial and residential portfolio operators. The product is designed end-to-end around machine-learning workflows, not as a feature layer over conventional property management systems.

Real estate is one of the largest, most data-rich asset classes in the world — and one of the slowest to adopt software that thinks the way the work actually moves. We believe the next generation of property operators will be defined by the software they choose now.

06

Strategic Investments

We deploy capital into early- and growth-stage technology companies. Active governance, not passive holding. Each position is selected for adjacency to our core verticals and held with a multi-year horizon.

The investments are sourced privately, discussed in person, and committed only when the operating fit is unambiguous. Founders we back find us patient where it matters and direct where it counts.

02 · Approach

How we run the company.

Bloxxtec is built around a small, invited circle of long-horizon principals. The work happens quietly, by design — and the company is shaped by four habits that have remained constant since day one.

Discretion

Confidentiality is part of how we operate, not a measure layered onto it. Our partners come to us through introduction; they remain because the conversation is direct and the focus undivided. We work for a small number of people, and we like it that way.

Active Governance

Each holding has a clear operating mandate, a reporting cadence we expect to be met, and a plan that adapts as the thesis matures. For us, governance is presence — at the table, in the detail, across the whole portfolio.

Long Horizon

Compute, energy, communication, real-estate and aviation infrastructure are decade-scale theses. We size positions to match. The relationships we maintain today were, with few exceptions, started years ago — and we underwrite operating partners on the assumption that they will outlast any single market cycle.

Substance

We operate close to the work. Decisions are made in Liechtenstein by people who know the holdings, the operating partners, and the markets first-hand. Distance, in our experience, is the first thing that erodes a thesis — so we keep it short.

03 · Cadence

A quiet rhythm — by design.

Bloxxtec moves at the pace its work requires. A handful of meetings each year, written records, and decisions taken by the people who will live with them.

  1. i.

    In person.

The decisions that matter are taken in conversation, not in chains of e-mail. Our partners and our holdings know the same room, and the meetings happen often enough that nobody has to catch up.

  2. ii.

    By introduction.

We do not pitch and we do not market. The relationships we have today began through a name we trusted — and we add to the list slowly, on the same basis.

  3. iii.

    On record.

Capital decisions are documented thoroughly. Memory, in our experience, is the cheapest part of governance, and the most underrated. Each holding has a written mandate, a written reporting cadence, and a written exit logic — even when none is in sight.

  4. iv.

    In time.

We do not chase quarters. We commit to a thesis and let it work. Patience, here, is not the absence of action; it is the most common form of it.
